摘要
目的骨折后外固定治疗成为非手术治疗的主要治疗方式,然而用外固定治疗时无论是夹板还是石膏不可避免的都会造成外固定范围内的皮肤的瘙痒以及皮屑,影响外固定的治疗效果。本文作者系统回顾并总结了近15年来对骨折外固定中引起的皮肤瘙痒的致病机理及治疗方法,并简要评价,提出自己的看法,以期为骨折外固定治疗中取得良好的治疗效果提供参考。
After fracture,external fixation is the main non -surgical treatment. However, in the external fixation treatment, no matter splint or plaster can cause skin itching and scurfy, and it will influence the external fixation treatment. In this paper, the author systematic re- views and summarizes the nearly 15 years ,pathogenesis and treatment methods of skin itching and scurfy in the process of external fixation of fracture. He makes a brief evaluation, and puts forward his own views, in order to achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of external fixation of fracture.
