摘要
阐述森林可持续发展的社会目标和生态环境目标,提出了加强生态建设,保护森林资源是林业改革和发展的最终目标,实行森林分类经营是建设生态林业的重要措施。
This paper elaborates the social target and eco-environment target of the sustainable development of forest, then puts forward the ultimate goal of the reform and development of forestry is to enforce the ecological construction and protect the forest resources, this paper also stress the important measures of the construction of ecological forestry is to carry out the classification management.
