摘要
通过对北京、上海、辽宁等地发生的典型建筑外立面火灾的研究,分析了建筑外保温材料火灾的燃烧特性和火灾扑救难点,针对扑救建筑外保温材料火灾难点问题,提出了扑救建筑外保温材料大面积燃烧的灭火技战术措施并制定了相应的火灾扑救车辆编成及火场供水组织。对建筑外保温材料火灾扑救工作进行了装备创新。
Based on study of classic external wall fire in Beijing,Shanghai and Liaoning,combustion characteristic and firefighting difficulties were analyzed,tactic of external thermal insulation material firefighting of building was proposed,and the corresponding firefighting vehicle distribution and firefighting water system was made.Meanwhile,firefighting equipment was innovated.
