白炭黑的表面疏水改性及应用 被引量:7

The study of surface modification of precipitated silica by stearyl alcohol and applying it into the dry chemical fire extinguishing agent

摘要 以十八醇为改性剂,对白炭黑进行表面改性研究。考察了十八醇用量、反应时间等因素对改性效果的影响,由正交实验得出表面改性的最优条件为:十八醇用量2.0g、催化剂用量0.2g、反应温度40℃、反应时间90min,在此条件下,改性产物活化度达到95%以上。通过红外光谱分析可知,十八醇与白炭黑表面发生了化学键合。改性后的疏水白炭黑在超细干粉灭火剂中的应用实验表明其对提高超细干粉灭火剂的斥水性能,增加其抗吸湿结块能力有极好的效果。 The precipitated silica' s surface was modified with stearyl alcohol.The effects of the dosage of stearyl alcohol,reaction time etc on modified effects were discussed.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:dosage of stearyl alcohol was 2.0 g,0.2 g catalyst,reaction temperature was 40 ℃,reaction time was 90 min.In this condition,the modified product activation degree reached more than 95%.Chemical bond combination happens between stearyl alcohol with precipitated silica surface knowing by IR analysis.The modified hydrophobic silica was used in the experiment of superfine dry chemical fire extinguishing agent.It has excellent results for improving the water repellency and increasing the humidity resistance of superfine dry chemical fire extinguishing agent.
