摘要
为分析易燃厂房火灾的发展特性,采用仿真分析的方法再现了泡沫类材料厂火灾的发展历程,分析了阻碍人员逃生、造成人员伤亡的主要因素。提出了顶棚采用热敏材料时,火灾发展到一定程度时可以利用火灾烟气的热浮力释放一部分烟气,减缓烟气层下降,延迟轰燃的发生。顶棚不采用热敏材料时,火灾发展到120s时已经对人员生命安全造成极大的威胁。
In order to analyze the development features of flammable workshop fire,the simulation analysis method was used to reproduce the actual bubble factory fire development.The main factors that cause casualties and block the personnel escape are analyzed.On this basis,the idea of using thermosensitive materials on the ceiling was put forward.When the fire development to a certain extent,with the hot buoyancy,some smoke will be released,the smoke layer drop will be slowed,and the flashover will be delayed.The simulation results show that for the ceiling without the heat-sensitive material,when the fire development to 120 s,the fire can cause a great threat to personnel life safety.
