摘要
核心式高层住宅发生火灾具有沿住户外窗竖向蔓延、住户间水平蔓延、经核心公共空间水平蔓延的危险,合理布置高层住宅的核心式平面至关重要。将高层住宅剪刀楼梯核心式平面布置分类为双室双向、单室双向、单室单向、前室穿套4种基本类型,介绍其设置方式,分析不同设置方式的安全性并提出不同设置方式的设置要求。针对高层建筑采用何种设置方式提出建议。
High-rise building with a core has the fire risk of vertical spread from windows,horizontal spread between residence and horizontal spread from the public space of core,so the layout of the flat with core is very important.The flat with core and scissors stairs was classified to the types of double room double directions,single room double directions,single room single directions and antechamber penetration.The layout of the 4 types were introduced,the safety and requirement of them were analyzed.The suggestions of selection of the types in high-rise building were put forward.
