摘要
化工、石化行业中的许多事故都会造成诸如有毒、易燃和易爆物质的泄漏扩散,从而对周围的环境和人员造成一定的伤害。由于高压容器、储罐、输配管道的破裂和容器反应失控以及其他原因,都会造成危险性物质的泄漏扩散。以甲苯空间内挥发为例,进行实验分析,首先结合GC/MS法与实验数据,绘制出甲苯挥发的标准曲线,之后进行甲苯空间内挥发的实验,结合GC/MS法得出的标准曲线,对实验数据进行分析,对挥发情况得出结论,为石化装置中可燃气体探测器的布置提供一定的理论依据。
In the chemical industry,petrochemical industry,many accidents can cause leakage and diffusion of toxic,flammable and explosive substances,which cause some damage on the surrounding environment and personnel.The rupture of the high-pressure container,storage tanks,transmission and distribution pipelines and other reasons,will result in the leakage of the dangerous substance diffusion.In this paper,we use the evaporation of toluene as an example,do some experiments to analyse.At first,we combine experimental data and the GC/MS method to obtain the standard line of toluene,then we do the evaporation experiment,draw some conclusions by the experimental data and the standard line.This research will provide a theoretical basis for the arrangement of combustible gas detector in the petrochemical plant
