摘要
随着社会文化的多样化发展,对高校文化建设提出更为严格的要求,加强高职院校系部文化建设是一项重要工作,可以在物质文化、精神文化以及制度文化三个方面来进行,在教育、制度以及激励等多方面为学生提供更多帮助。
With the diversified development of social culture, college culture construction has been given higher re- quirements. To improve higher vocational college culture construction, we can work from material, spiritual and institutional aspects and provide more support to college students in education, system and encouragement.
