摘要
近两年,以美国为主导地位的"慕课"迅速风靡全球。为了迎接慕课对传统教学模式的挑战,本文从教师的角度分析了应对慕课的三种模式,提出了教师在知识学习、知识传授和知识创新方面正面临着新的挑战,从政策层面思考了如何为教师创造有利条件,使教师能够在新一轮教学改革中发挥更好的作用。
In the past two years , a new American-oriented education mode , Massive Open Online Courses ( MOOC) has e-merged and quickly spread all over the world .In order to confront its challenges to traditional higher education mode , this paper proposes three countermeasures from teacher ’ s perspective .The paper points out , university teachers are faced with new challen-ges in terms of knowledge learning , knowledge spreading and knowledge innovation .It also reflects on how to provide university teachers with favorable conditions at the policy -making level , so that they can play a better exemplary rule in this new round of education reform .
