摘要
根据目前内河船舶重大改装的现状,对重大改装的界定、有关管理规定、重大改装检验及适用技术标准进行了探讨。为方便重大改装的检验、设计及建造,就有关内河船舶重大改装问题对《内河船舶法定检验技术规则》和《钢质内河船舶建造规范》提出了修订建议。
According to the current situation of inland ship major conversion for inspection, the defini- tion of major alterations, related regulations and major conversion and applicable technical standards are discussed in this paper. For the convenience of major conversion survey, design and construction of inland waterways ships, the paper proposes revising suggestions about major conversion of the in- land ship of 《Technical Regulations for the Statutory Surveys of inland waterways ships》and《Rules for the construction of steel inland waterways ships〉.
