摘要
提出利用测定水泥含量的方法控制水泥搅拌桩施工质量。该检测方法采用新型取土装置取土以及改进EDTA法检测水泥含量,克服了传统强度检测操作复杂、检测结果片面、受水泥土龄期影响等问题。通过杨林船闸工程试验桩检测表明,该方法能有效检测搅拌桩的水泥含量和搅拌均匀性。将水泥含量作为水泥搅拌桩质量评判指标,能够直观反映水泥搅拌桩施工质量,并且检测速度快,成本低,能起到及时控制施工质量的目的。
A method of detecting cement dose in controlling construction quality of cement mixing piles is proposed in this paper. It works with improved EDTA titration to detect cement dose and a new type of device to borrow earth is also necessary. Complex operations, one-sided results and influence by the age of cement soil will be overcome. Cement mixing test piles are detected in Yanglin lock pro- ject . Results show that cement dose and mixing uniformity can be detected effectively with this meth- od.
