摘要
针对制约壳牌煤气化装置长周期高负荷运行的主要因素——煤质问题,开展了壳牌煤气化装置的配煤研究。依据以本地煤为主、外地煤为辅的配煤原则进行了多煤种的复配试验,得到了适合壳牌气化炉运行的配煤方案,从而解决了因煤质问题导致气化炉积灰或垮渣等问题,实现了壳牌煤气化装置的长周期、高负荷运行。
In allusion to main factors that restricted the operation with long term and high load in the Shell coal gasification plant-i.e.coal quality problem, author has made research on coal blending in the Shell coal gasification plant .Based on the coal blending principle taking the local coal as pri-mary and the nonlocal coal as secondary, the compositely blending test was made with multi-kinds of coals, has obtained the coal blending scheme suitable for operation for Shell coal gasifier, therefore the problems, leading to ash deposition and sludge collapsing and so on in gasifier due to coal quality prob-lem, were solved, and the operation with longterm and high load was realized in the Shell coal gasification plant .
