摘要
以3-氯-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺为原料,经自偶联反应,叠氮化,脱氮环化,合成出未见报道的7-(3′-氨基-2′,4′,6′-三硝基苯基)-氨基-4,6-二硝基苯并氧化呋咱,总收率68%,采用质谱、红外、核磁共振对其进行了结构表征。利用 DSC 和 TG 研究了其热性能。结果表明,目标化合物的第一个放热分解峰温度为245.6℃,热重变化范围为150~400℃,总共失重63%。
7-(3′-Amino-2′,4′,6′-trinitrophenyl)-amino-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxan was synthesized using 3-chloro-2,4,6-trinitro-benzenamine as primary material by self-reaction and azidcation with a total yield of 68%. Its structure was confirmed by MS,IR and 1 H NMR. Thermal behavior was studied by DSC and TG. Results show that its initial decomposition temperature is 245. 6 ℃, and the mass loss due to overall reaction(150-400 ℃)is 63%.
