摘要
针对几种植物油脂肪酸进行了浮选性能对比研究,筛选出性能较优的菜籽油脂肪酸,通过改性与复配,得到新型脱镁捕收剂EM-LS-01。该药剂用于贵州某低品位高镁磷矿一粗一扫反浮选工艺流程中,获得了P2O5品位为30.25%,MgO质量分数为0.99%的磷精矿,P2O5回收率达90.63%,达到了高效选别磷矿的目的。
The comparative study was conducted on the flotation performance of several vegetable oil fatty acids to screen out rapeseed oil fatty acid with better performance from them. By its modification and compounding, the new type of magnesium removal collector EM-LS-01 was produced. With the use of this reagent in the once-roughing and once-scavenging reverse flotation process for a certain low grade high-Mg phosphate rock, the concentrate of P2O5 grade 30.25% and MgO content 0.99% was obtained with P2O5 recovery up to 90. 63%, achieving the purpose of efficient separation of phosphate rock.
