摘要
高等职业教育中,由专业课教师任班主任,可以对学生进行思想教育的同时,加强专业技能的培训。通过将思想政治、专业素养以及职业道德教育的有机结合,有利于更好地为社会培养高端技能型专门人才。
In the vocational education of higher education, the major teachers assigned to be class supervisors can boost the technical skill training in addition to ideological education of the students. By integrating ideological politics, professional quality and professional ethnical education, this new approach will be more beneficial to training of high-end skill-based professional talents for society.
