摘要
小学教师的情感智力状况不仅关系到教师个人的身心愉悦的发展,也关系到他(她)与周围人的和谐相处,更关乎到小学生的健康成长。认清小学教师情感智力的种种表现,对培养小学教师情感智力有着独特的意义。
The emotional intelligence of primary school teachers are not only related to development of teachers' mental and body enjoyment, but also to the harmonious relationship with the people around. What's more. , it is closely related to the healthy growth of each primary school pupil. Identifying various behaviors of teachers' emotional intelligence will be special significance to nurturing primary school teachers' emotional intelligence.
