摘要
介绍了静电除尘阳极板结构,针对阳极板侧面椭圆孔部位特殊,机床加工周期长,难以现场制作的情况,设计出了一冲两孔的冲模装置,详细介绍了模具各部分的结构特点及压力机选择,并对模具主要件进行了强度校核,根据冲模精度要求,制定了模具组装与调试的工艺路线,整个冲孔、脱模、落料在压力机的一个工作循环内完成。
The paper was introduced the structure of anode plate of electrostatic precipitator. Aiming at special areas of the elliptic hole of anode plate side, long machining cycle and difficult to the situation of production, the paper was designed a two hole punching machine and introduced characteristics of each part and press choices of mold structure, and made intensi-ty check to main parts of mold. According to precision requirements of punching die, the paper was made mold assembly and process route of debugging. The whole punching, ejection and blanking were finished in one work cycle.
