平面二次包络环面蜗杆的实体建模

摘要 介绍了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动在国内外的发展历史,由于其具有瞬时双接触线、多齿同时啮合、接触点法向速度和综合曲率半径大、接触应力小等优良的传动特性使其应用范围很广。根据平面二次包络的成形原理详细推导出了蜗杆的轴向剖面4个端点处的空间螺旋线方程,以空间螺旋线为基础运用Pro/E中的边界混合特征等命令进行了三维实体建模,为运用数控机床制造平面二次包络环面蜗杆提供了较好的几何造型,为该产品的进一步参数化设计提供了依据。 The paper was introduced the development history of worm drive of planar double-enveloping at home and abroad. Its application range was very wide due to excellent transmission features of instantaneous double contact lines, tooth meshing at the same time, normal velocity of contact point, long radius of comprehensive curvature and small contact stress. Then, the paper was deduced the four endpoints of the axial profile of the helix equation of space according to forming principle of planar double-enveloping. Based on spatial helical, the paper was made 3 d entity modeling by using boundary mixed characteristics of Pro/E, which provides a better geometric modeling for manufacturing planar double-enveloping by using NC machine tool and supported references for further parametric design of the products.
