摘要
研究轮轨摩擦发热的机理,需研制了一台轮轨摩擦发热模拟试验装置。为满足试验要求,对试验装置测控系统功能进行需求分析,明确试验装置需要控制的参数。轮轨摩擦试验装置控制系统以S7-200系列可编程控制器为处理器,采用多路温度巡检采集器进行温度测量,通过拓展模块扩展接口满足控制功能要求。设计结果表明:轮轨摩擦试验装置能有效的模拟各种工况运行,并能准确、全面记录压力、温度、转速等各种数据。
For making a research of wheel-rail friction heating mechanism,it need develope a wheel-rail friction heat simulation test device.In order to meet the test requirements,it should make a requirements analysis to get test device control parameters for test device.Wheel-rail friction test device uses S7-200 series programmable controller as processor,uses multi-channel temperature logging logger for temperature detection,and uses a module extension interfaces to meet the requirements of the control function.The design results show that:the wheel-rail friction test device can effectively run to simulate a variety of conditions,and can make an accurate,comprehensive record of pressure,temperature,speed and other data.
