乳房外Paget病发病机制探讨(综述) 被引量：4

摘要 乳房外Paget病又名乳房外湿疹样癌(EMPD),是一种临床上罕发的皮肤特殊类型恶性肿瘤,肿瘤好发部位多为外生殖器,男性见于阴囊或阴茎,女性见于大、小阴唇和阴道,也有少数病例可发生于肛门周围、腹股沟、或腋窝处。关于该病的研究较少,因此无法明确地解释EMPD的发病机制。相关学说有皮肤附属器起源学说,异位细胞起源学说及肿瘤迁移学说等,本文综述这些学说,以求探讨出EMPD发病机制的合理解释。
