摘要
超长钻孔灌注桩在钻孔过程中,由于施工工艺的缺陷,在桩和桩周土间容易形成泥皮,且桩底出现沉渣,造成桩基承载力降低、桩基沉降较大。后注浆工艺能有效填充泥皮、沉渣的孔隙,提高桩侧摩阻力和桩端承载力。该法是一种便捷、有效的桩基优化施工工艺。
During the process of drilling of super-long bored pile, mud is easy formed between the pile and the soil around the pile, because of the defects of construction technology. And sediment is appeared at the bottom of the pile. It causes reduce of bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation. Post-grouting technology can fill the pore of mud and sediment. Besides, it also can prove side friction resistance and bearing capacity. This method is a convenient, effective construction technology of pile foundation optimization.
