摘要
计划经济体制下 ,我国的热电联产得到迅速发展。市场经济体制带给热电联产向采暖供热以猛烈冲击。事实证明 ,仅用于采暖供热的热电联产不仅毫无经济性可言 ,而且增加了当地的环境污染。太原市目前的热电联产工程应注意吸取国外经验 ,只有采取有力措施 ,搞好管理 ,降低热价 ,才能取得好的经济效益与环境效益。
The cogeneration has rapidly developed in our country under the planning system. However the market economy system has brought about a strong dash to the heating supply of the cogeneration. The facts have proved that the cogeneration for only supplying heating hasn't any economic benefit and increases the local environmental pollution .The resent cogeneration project of Taiyuan City should pay great attention to learn experiences from foreign countries .And only by taking forceful measures,grasping firmly the management and reducing the price of heating,can the better economic and social benefits be obtained.
