摘要
为观察三联手术治疗肛门松弛型直肠脱垂的疗效，回顾性分析58例肛门松弛型直肠脱垂患者资料，均采用三联手术治疗方法：PPH、直肠黏膜结扎固定术、肛门紧缩术，术后随访3个月至3年。结果显示，58例患者均一次性手术治愈，治愈率100％，临床随访无一例复发，且无大便失禁、肛门狭窄等严重并发症和后遗症。结果表明，PPH、直肠黏膜结扎固定术、肛门紧缩术三联手术疗法治疗肛门松弛型直肠脱垂疗效确切，具有损伤小、安全可靠、并发症少、恢复快、痛苦小等优点。
This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of triple surgery for rectal prolapse due to anal sphincter relaxation. A retrospective study Was carried out on the data of 58 cases of rectal prolapse who had received triple surgery： PPH, ligation ancl fixation of rectal mucosa, anal tightening operation. All cases were followed from 3 months to 3 years. The results showed that 58 cases were cured after one time surger- y,the curative rate was 100%. There was no recurrence,no fecal incontinence,anal stenosis and other seri- ous complications and sequelae by clinical follow-up. It is concluded that triple surgery for rectal prolapse due to anal sphincter relaxation is of certain effect safety and reliability,less injury and pain, fewer compli- cations and faster recovery.
