摘要
文章分析了科技型企业创生环境要素的构成、积极作用和现实困境,论证了协同理论在创生环境要素分析中的适用性,阐述了创生环境要素中政策协同、机制协同、目标协同的具体内容和表现形式,并在此基础之上,构建起创生环境要素协同机理模型,进而分析发挥创生环境要素协同关系的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the structure, positive effect and realistic predicament of the survival and development environment for science and technology enterprises, demonstrates the applicability of the synergy theory in the analysis of the environmental elements, and expounds the concrete contents and forms of coordination of policy, mechanism of synergy, and Objective coordination, on the basis, builds the model for mechanism of coordination in the factors, and then, the paper pus forward suggestion that how to make the environment elements play an positive role in the process of synergistic relationship.
