摘要
本文从就业匹配度出发,通过电子问卷调查搜集数据,采用自评估法、岗位分析法和统计测量法对中国大学生教育匹配、专业匹配和能力匹配进行了测量,以探寻中国大学生就业现状。结果发现,在中国大学毕业生中,1/3教育过度,1/3专业不匹配,46%高能低配,人力资本浪费、所学非所用、高能低配等情况日益增多。面对这种情况,需要高校、企业和大学生三方协作,建立高质量就业匹配的长效机制。
This paper analyzes a sample from Internet questionnaire survey of university graduates to characterize the jobmatch problem in China. We discuss three different measures of job-match: self-assessment, job analysis and statistical measures. Then we measure the education-match, major-match and capacity-match of university graduates in China. We find that one third of the university graduates are overeducated, one third of their majors don't fit the jobs and 46% of their capabilities exceed the job requirement, which indicates the necessity of cooperation among universities, enterprises and graduates.
