电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定矿物中的铌和钽 被引量:1

Determination of Niobium and Tantalum in Mineral by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用高氯酸-氢氟酸-硝酸处理样品,电感耦舍等离子体质谱法测定岩石矿物中的铌和钽,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)小于2.0%。方法的检出限Nb为0.01μg/g;Ta为0.05μg/g。用不同类型国家一级标准物质验证,结果与标准值吻合较好。该方法适用于岩石矿物中铌和钽的检测,重现性好,灵敏度较高,能满足简单、快速、批量分析要求。 Using Perchloric acid-hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid microwave digestion samples, the contents of niobium and tantalum were determined by ICP-MS. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=8) were less than 2.0%. The detection limit of the method for niobium and tantalum were 0.01μg/g and 0.05μg/g. With a national standard validation, the results agree well with the standard. Methods for detection of niobium and tantalum in minerals can meet the testing requirements.This method has good repooducibility with high sensitivity and high efficiency and simple operation and is suitable for the routine sample analysis.
