过氧化氢氧化亚甲基蓝褪色光度法测定痕量铜

Determination of Trace Copper by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometry Based on H202 Oxidizing Methylene Blue

摘要 在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,Cu2+对H2O2氧化亚甲基蓝的褪色反应具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.001-0.013μg/mL,检出限为6.03×10-4μg/mL。对0.007μg/mL的Cu2+进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.5%。本该方法用于环境水样(山泉水、雨水和自来水)中痕量铜的测定,回收率为98.9%-100.2%。 A new catalytic kinetics spectrophotometic method was developed for the determination of trace Cu2+. The method was based on the catalytic effect of Cu2+ on the oxidation of methylene blue by H2O2 in a buffer solution of NH3-NH4C1. The linear range of this method was 0.001--0.013μg/mL and the detection limit was 6.03×10^-4μg/mL. The relatively standard deviations were 1.5% on parallel 11 times of determinations to 0.007μg/mL Cu2+. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu2+ in water samples with satisfactory results and the range of recovery is 98.9%--100.2 %.
