摘要
某直流输电工程站间无通信情况下逆变站手动紧急停运试验时,逆变侧紧急停运后,整流站没有及时闭锁,引起整流侧交流系统振荡,导致某电厂发电机组失步保护动作于停机。基于事故期间的PMU装置采集到的发电机组机端电流、电压的幅值和相角,根据失步发电机参数进行三阻抗元件失步保护整定计算,利用Matlah/Sinmulnk成功再现了事故发生时发电机机端测量阻抗顺序穿越三阻抗元件动作区域的全过程,根据仿真结果分析了发电机失步原因,提出了合理的改进措施。
The inverter station manual emergency shutdown test of a DC transmission project was conducted under the condition of no communication between the rectification and inverter station.When the inverter station blocked,rectification station did not block immediately,which cause the AC system oscillation on the rectification station side,leading to a power plant's unit out-of-step protection action to stop.Based on the generator's amplitude and phase angle of current and voltage collected by the PMU device during the accidents,three impedance element out-of-step protection setting calculation is made according to the parameters of the out-of-step generator.Matlab / Simulink software is used to represent the measure impedance of generator sequence through the action area of three impedance components in the order process.The out-of-step reasons of the generator are analyzed,reasonable improvement measures are put forward according to the simulation results.
