平潭共同家园的实现路径是以地理离岸为平台,构筑具有平潭特色的市场机制体制,从而向经济离岸领域延伸,形成以离岸为核心的区位定位和产业布局,并带动文化离岸的发展,最终实现政治离岸的新路径。
The realization path of the cross - strait common homeland is just utilizing the geographic offshore platform to build the market mechanism system of Pingtan features, therefore to form the location positioning and industrial layout of offshore by expending to economic offshore fields, and to promote the development of cultural offshore, finally to achieve the political offshore.
