摘要
目的调查广东省不同经济水平地区的农民对新型农村合作医疗的满意度,改进和完善新农合相关政策,为新农合的可持续发展提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,根据人均GDP水平将广东全省分为高、中、低3层,然后对入选地区的农民进行随机抽样调查,共收回有效样本1 586份。结果 3层地区的农民对新农合的整体满意度、医疗机构和经办机构相关项目的满意度选择均是持"一般"态度的人最多。结论新农合几年来的探索和实施能够为农民所接受,但满意度普遍不高,反映出新农合的实施现状与农民的期望还存在一定的差距,相关部门要针对问题不断地、逐步完善相关政策,全面提高农民对新农合的满意度。
Objective Farmers＇ satisfaction （of different economic-level regions） toward the new rural cooperative medical system was investigated, to optimize and improve the policies of the new rural cooperative medical system, and provide theoretical basis for sustainable development. Methods Stratified, randomized cluster sampling method was employed. Three levels were divided, high, medium, and low, according to the per capita GDP of Guangdong, thereafter, questionnaire survey was performed for the farmers in the selected areas. Results Farmers＇ satisfaction （of different economic-level regions） toward the new rural cooperative medical system,their satisfaction toward the medical institutions, and their work, were mostly at medium level. Conclusions The new rural cooperative medical system, after several-year exploration and practice, could be accepted by the farmers. However, in general, the satisfaction was not high enough ,just at medium level,indicating that there was still a gap between the reality of implementation and farmers＇ expectations. The relevant departments should gradually solve the problems and improve their work, so as to increase famers＇ satisfaction toward the new rural cooperative medical system.
