血液灌流对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的影响。方法对92例接受维持性血液透析治疗的患者先进行血液透析治疗,后改为血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。在患者更改治疗方式前和更改后3个月,分别进行匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI量表)调查,并比较患者更改治疗方式前后外周血尿素氮、血红蛋白和甲状旁腺激素的水平。结果患者更改治疗方式后,睡眠质量好的患者所占比例明显升高(P<0.05),PSQI量表各部分的评分明显降低(P<0.05),外周血甲状旁腺素水平下降、血红蛋白水平升高(P<0.05)。结论长期、规律的血液灌流联合常规透析治疗,可有效降低维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺激素水平,提高血红蛋白水平,改善患者的睡眠质量。
