摘要
将污水作为单相非牛顿幂律流体,建立非牛顿幂律流体流经V形调节球阀的流量及流量系数的计算方法.通过理论计算,得出介质为污水时的V形调节球阀在不同开度下的流量系数与相对流量系数的理论值.通过Flu-ent软件数值模拟,得到不同开度下介质为清水及污水时的流量系数.通过对比分析,介质为清水时流量系数约为污水时的1.2~1.6倍,介质为污水时的理论计算与数值模拟计算的调节球阀流量特性趋势一致,并分析理论值与数值模拟值产生误差的原因.为研究非牛顿流体流经调节阀提供理论及数值模拟计算依据.
The sewage was regarded as single-phase non-newtonian power law fluid in this paper,the method of calculation about flow and flow coefficient when non-newtonian power law fluid flows through the V-notch ball valve was established.Through the theoretical calculation,the theoretical value on flow coefficient and relative flow coefficient of V-notch ball valve under different degrees when the medium is sewage was obtained.Through the numerical simulation by Fluent,the relative flow coefficient under different degrees when the medium is the sewage and water was obtained.Through the comparison and analysis,when the medium is water,the flow coefficient of control valve was about 1.2 to 1.6 times than the medium is sewage.The flow characteristic trends of the control ball valve via the theoretical value and numerical simulation value were consistent when the medium is sewage,it also analyzed the reasons about the errors between theoretical value and numerical simulation value.It provides the basis of calculating theory and numerical simulation value for the research of non-newtonian power law fluid flows through control valve.
