摘要
文中以大庆石化公司3 500 kt/a常减压蒸馏装置为研究对象,分析了原油性质变化对该装置的影响。通过实施常顶冷却系统改造、减压深拔改造、加热炉节能改造等措施,提高了装置的技术经济指标。
With the 3 500 kt/a Atmospheric & Vacuum Distillation Unit as the target of research,the influence of qualitative changeof crude oil on this unit was analyzed. By implementation of measures such as modifications of atmospheric top cooling system, vacuum deep drawing and heating furnace energy conservation,the technical- economic indicators have been improved.
