摘要
针对某地白钨浮选尾矿进行萤石低温浮选回收,在矿浆温度为12℃的条件下,试验室小型闭路试验获得的指标为:萤石浮选给矿CaF2含量为24.53%,CaCO3含量为6.25%;萤石精矿中CaF2含量为95.12%,回收率为58.07%,CaCO3含量为0.44%。在萤石浮选给矿CaF2含量为22.34%的条件下,工业试验获得萤石精矿中CaF2含量为93.70%,回收率为38.10%,CaCO3含量为1.40%。
The experimental research on recovering fluorite from the scheelite by low temperature was carried on. At the temperature of 12℃ ,the indexes as follows were obtained. The fluorite flotation feeding ore contains 24.53% of CaF2, the content of CaCO3was 6.25% and the fluorite concentrate with the CaF2content of 95.12%, the recovery of 58.07% and the CaCO3 content of 0.44% was got. When the fluorite flotation feeding ore contains 22.34% of CaF2, the fluorite concentrate with the CaF2content of 93.70%, the recovery of 38.10% and the CaCO3 content of 1.40% was obtained in the industrial test.
