摘要
文章分析了我国矿山固体垃圾对矿山环境、生态系统、国土建设造成的危害及其加剧程度,重点剖析了湖南柿竹园钨铋钼多金属矿、江西德兴铜矿、云南镇雄硫矿渣等典型矿山尾矿和矿渣的现状及资源潜力,系统地介绍了我国综合利用矿山资源和保护环境的主要政策措施,并针对我国典型矿山固体垃圾的综合利用和环境治理提出了对策建议。
The paper analyzes the damage and exacerbation to mine environment, ecosystem and land Construction in China. It dissects the current situation and potential of typical mine tailings and slag, such as Tungsten, bismuth, molybdenum polymetallic ore in Shihuyuan of Hunan, copper mine in Dexing of Jiangxi ,pyrite slag in Zhenxiong of Yunnan and so on. The paper introduces systematic the major policy initiatives of comprehensive utilization of min- ing resources and protecting the environment in our country, and then proposes policy recommendations for typical mining of solid waste utilization and environmental governance.
