摘要
实验技术队伍的建设是实验室建设管理的关键,也是提升高校实验教学水平的原动力。在结合工作实践的基础上,简要阐述了实验技术队伍在实验教学中的重要性,分析了当前高校的实验技术队伍建设方面存在的主要问题,同时提出加强实验技术队伍建设的措施及建议。
The construction of experimental technological team is the key of laboratory construction and management ,and also is to improve the original power of the teaching level. On the basis of work practice , this paper discusses the importance of laboratory technological team in the experimental teaching ,analyzes the main existing problems on construction of experimental technological team in colleges and universities ,and puts forward the measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of experimental technological team .
