摘要
导航定位技术、遥感技术、地理信息系统技术、信息技术、网络技术等取得的一系列重大突破,对测绘学科的发展产生了深刻的影响,以空间定位、卫星遥感、地理空间信息系统等为代表的世界现代测绘高新技术发展日新月异,我国测绘地理信息科学技术的发展正进入全面构建数字中国和孕育智慧中国建设的关键时期。本报告结合现代测绘学科新学科体系中的几个分支学科以及国家重大测绘工程任务阐述2013年我国测绘与地理空间信息领域取得的主要进展,这些分支学科包括:大地测量学与导航定位、摄影测量与遥感、地图制图学与地理信息工程、地下空间与矿山测量工程、海洋测绘和土地与工程测量。
A series of important breakthroughs achieved in the technologies such as navigation and positioning technology, remote sensing, geographic information systems, information technology, network technology, had a profound impact on the development of surveying and mapping. The world advanced technology of surveying and mapping represented by spatial positioning, satellite remote sensing, geospatial information systems etc. was advancing rapidly. The development of surveying, mapping and geoinformation technology in China is entering the key period of comprehensive construction of Digital China and Smart China. Combined with several new branches of surveying and mapping as well as China's important projects, this report described the main advances in the field of surveying, mapping and geoinformation obtained in 2013 which include Geodesy and GNSS, Photogrammetry and Romote Sensing, Cartography and Geographical Information Engineering, Underground Space Engineering and Mine Surveying, Marine Geodesy and Cartography, Land and Engineering Survey.
