复合树脂黏结强度的测试及影响因素

摘要 复合树脂具有良好的操作性能和美学性能,牙体组织保存率高且环保等优点,因此受到了越来越多临床医生和患者的青睐,已广泛应用于牙齿缺损修复。因此复合树脂的黏结性能和黏结效果是学者们关注的焦点。复合树脂的黏结效果主要表现在黏结强度、黏结界面的密合度、稳定性以及耐久性等方面,其中黏结强度是影响黏结剂性能的主要因素,可以在一定程度上决定修复体的黏结效果[1]。本文就复合树脂黏结强度的常用测试方法、特点以及其影响因素等进行综述。
