摘要
目的探讨马斯洛需要层次理论在面肌痉挛患者护理中的应用效果。方法将200名面肌痉挛患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施临床常规护理方式,实验组用马斯洛需要层次论指导的护理方式进行干预。分别调查两组患者入院时护理需求及出院时护理满意度测评。结果两组患者入院时的护理需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时两组患者的护理满意度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用马斯洛需要层次论指导护理面肌痉挛患者,能及时、有效的满足患者各层次的护理需要,增进护患关系,提高护理质量和患者满意度,优于临床常规护理,值得临床推广。
Objective The study is to investigate the application of Maslow＆#39;s hierarchy of needs in mental health status and satis-faction of patients who suffered from hemifacial spasm .Methods The study was retrospective ,from April 2013 to October 2013,200 consecutive patients with hemifacial spasm were rolled in our research .Patients who rolled in control group obtain the routine neurosur-gical nursing care ; Patients who rolled in experimental group obtain the nursing care with the application of Maslow ＆#39;s hierarchy of needs.We investigated the needs and satisfaction of the two groups of patients from being hospitalized to leaving hospital .Results Of the 200 patients,there were no statistically significant difference in the needs when they were hospitalize （ P＆gt;0.05）;however,there were statistically significant difference in the satifaction when they left hospital （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Application of Maslow＆#39;s hier-archy of needs in psychological care can satisfy the needs of patients timely and effectively , relieve their anxiety and depression , im-prove nurse-patient relationship , also improve the quality of nursing care and satisfaction .In conclusion , application of Maslow＆#39;s hierar-chy of needs in psychological care is better than conventional routine neurosurgical care .
