摘要
目的探讨临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑的关系。方法采用整群取样,从山东省某医学院校选取645名大学生为被试,应用家庭功能评定量表、考试焦虑量表进行调查。结果存在考试焦虑不适感的学生占61.2%;高家庭功能组和低家庭功能组在考试焦虑水平上存在显著性差异(t=-5.15,P<0.01);临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑存在显著正相关(t=0.238,P<0.01);多元回归显示,总的功能和角色两个因子对考试焦虑有显著的预测作用(β=0.145,β=0.131;P均<0.01)。结论家庭功能是影响临床医学专业学生考试焦虑的一个重要因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between family function and test anxiety among clinical medical students .Meth-ods Totally 645 clinical graduates in some medical university of Shandong were selected with cluster sampling and investingated with Family Assessment Device and Test Anxiety .Results 38.8%of participants had test anxiety discomforts .There were significant differ-ence on test anxiety between high family function group and low family function group (t=-5.15,P&lt;0.01).There was positive corre-lation between family function and test anxiety (t=0.238,P&lt;0.01).Multi-regression analysis showed that:general function and explic-it character could predict test anxiety (β=0.145,β=0.131;respective,P﹤0.01).Conclusion There is close correlation between family function and test anxiety and family function has a great influence on test anxiety of the students .
