摘要
体育运动是展现人体美的运动形式,武术作为中国传统体育文化的代表,蕴含着丰富的中国传统美学特征。高校武术教学应重视审美教育,通过对学生姿势美、气韵美、风格美、劲力美和精神美的教育,提高学生认识美、鉴赏美、表现美、创造美的能力,培养学生的审美观念、审美情趣和审美理想,从而促进大学生审美的个性化发展。
Sports manifest the beauty of human body. As a representative of traditional sports in China, Wushu is characterized by rich traditional Chinese aesthetics. Therefore, aesthetic education should be emphasized in college Wushu teaching. Aesthetic education serves to improve students＇ abilities of not only understanding and appreciating beauty but also manifesting and creating beauty; meanwhile, it can cultivate students＇ aesthetic concepts, aesthetic taste and aesthetic ideal, thus promoting their individual aesthetic development.
