奥氏体耐热钢换热管与管板GTAW焊接工艺

摘要 根据NB/47014-2011附录D的标准规定要求,对奥氏体耐热钢管壳式换热器TP316L管材与S31603板材的焊接进行了焊接工艺试验,该焊接工艺试验采用GTAW焊接方法,选用含碳量及杂质含量较低的H03Cr19Ni12Mo2Si实心焊丝,采用相应的焊接工艺措施进行施焊。并对焊后的焊接接头进行外观检验、金相检验及角焊缝的厚度检验,确定了满足奥氏体耐热钢换热管与管板焊接接头性能的GTAW焊接工艺。 On the base of NB/47014-2011 (Appendix D), the welding procedure tests have been made between austenitic heat- resistance steel tube TP316L of shell heat exchanger and plate S31603 with GTAW. The welding wire is HO3Cr19Ni12Mo2Si. It contains low carbon and impurities. The proper welding process measures are taken during welding. After welding, the visual inspection, metallographie examination and thickness inspection of the fillet weld have been made. The GTAW procedure that meet the properties of the welded joint between austenitic heat-resistance steel heat exchange tube and tube sheet is obtained.
