摘要
我国旅游业发展势头迅猛,且已取得骄人的成绩,但与之不相匹配的是旅游从业人员群体出现了越来越严重的职业道德失范现象。旅游从业人员形象急剧下滑,公众对旅游业的诚信和品质提出了前所未有的质疑,全行业的可持续发展受到挑战。因此,通过建构科学的旅游从业人员职业道德评价指标体系,有效开展职业道德教育,合理评估从业人员职业道德水平,全面提高旅游从业人员道德素质,改善旅游行业形象至关重要,能促进旅游业的健康与可持续发展。
As the rapid development of tourism in our country, tourism practitioners group had a serious ethical anomie. In recent years, tourism practitioners anomie ethical issues, often saw in newspapers, became the focus of consumer complaints. For a time, the image of tourism practitioners in people＇s minds sharply declined,the integrity and quality of the tourism industry presented an unprecedented challenge.The sustainable development of the whole industry was being challenged. Therefore, by construction of scientific tourism professional ethics evaluation system, effective implementa- tion of professional ethics, a reasonable assessment of occupational ethics, morality and comprehensively improved the quality of tourism practitioners to improve the image of the tourism industry was essential to promote tourism health and sustainable development.
