迷迭香酸对新生大鼠海马星形胶质细胞增殖的影响及其机制探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察迷迭香酸(RA)对新生大鼠海马星形胶质细胞增殖的影响,并探讨其机制。方法取原代培养的新生大鼠海马星形胶质细胞,处理组加入1、5、10、20、40μg/mL的RA处理,对照组加相同体积的DMEM。免疫组化细胞染色法计数BrdU阳性细胞数(细胞增殖),WST-1法检测波长450 nm时的OD值(细胞活力),ELISA法检测细胞培养液上清的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)。结果作用72 h,20、40μg/mL的RA处理组BrdU阳性细胞数高于对照组及其他浓度RA处理组(P均<0.05),20μg/mL的RA处理组波长450 nm下的OD值、BDNF均高于对照组及其他浓度RA处理组(P均<0.05);其余各组两两比较,P均>0.05。结论一定剂量的RA可促进新生大鼠海马星形胶质细胞增殖,该作用与其提高细胞活力、促进BDNF释放有关。
