摘要
对25个北高丛蓝莓品种的种子特性进行了研究。结果表明:蓝莓品种之间种子形态特征和萌芽特征均存在显著差异。种子长度、宽度、长宽比、千粒质量变异系数分别为9.40%、8.54%、7.02%和24.78%。种子开始萌发时间、结束萌发时间、平均萌发时间变异系数分别为12.38%、22.22%和4.90%。种子萌芽率变异程度较大,变异系数为52.58%。其中米德、爱国者、日出种子萌芽率高于其他品种,分别为77.3%、73.3%和60.7%。研究结果为蓝莓栽培和育种提供了科学依据。
Seed characteristics of 25 blueberry cultivars were studied in Dalian. The results showed that seed morphology and germinating characteristics were significant different among cuhivars. Coefficients of variation of seed length, seed width, seed length/seed width and 1000-grain weight were 9.40%, 8.54%, 7.02% and 9.40%, respectively. Coefficients of variation of onset of seed germination, end of seed germination, mean germination time were 12.38%, 22.22% and 4.90%, respectively. Percentage of germination among varieties varied largely, the coefficient of variation was 52.58%. The percentage of germination of ‘Mead＇, ‘Patriot＇ and ‘Sunrise＇ was higher than other cultivars, which was 77.3%, 73.3% and 60.7%, respectively. The research results can provide a scientific basis for cultivation and breeding of blueberry.
