摘要
目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合通心络胶囊对不稳定性心绞痛心电图结果的影响。方法:选取我院50例不稳定性心绞痛患者,按照数字随机法将患者随机分为两组,每组25例,对照组在基础治疗的基础上采用通心络胶囊治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,观察两组患者治疗的疗效以及患者治疗期间心电图相关指标的影响。结果:经过为期14d的治疗,观察组患者治疗疗效84.0%,明显优于对照组的56.0%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者心电图改善情况(改善率达88.0%)明显优于对照组(64.0%),两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。但两组患者不良反应发生率差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论:曲美他嗪联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效确切,安全可靠,心电图改善明显,不良反应少。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of tongxinluo capsule and trimetazidine on patients with unstable angina. Method： 50 patients with unstable angina were divided into two groups in our hospital. The patients in the control group was given conventional treatment and given tongxinluo capsule,and the patients in the observation group were given trimetazidine on the basis of the above treatment. The clinical efficacy of each group was evaluated after fourteen days. Result： The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group（ 84.0% vs 56.0%,P＆lt;0.05）,and the efficacy of ECG was better in the observation group than that in the control group（ 88.0% vs 64%,P＆lt;0.05） and there were no significant differences between the two groups（ P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of patients with unstable angina by tongxinluo capsule and trimetazidine is safe and reliable.
