摘要
目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症不孕患者血清CA125水平与术后妊娠结局的关系。方法:选取我院2010年12月至2012年12月收治的50例子宫内膜异位症不孕患者,检测比较了妊娠组和妊娠失败组术前术后血清CA125水平,分析其与生育指数的相关性。结果:CA125水平与不孕症生育指数呈正相关性,P<0.05。妊娠组与妊娠失败组术后1个月CA125水平差异显著,结果具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:术后1个月血清CA125水平可预测不孕症患者妊娠结局,CA125>22ku/L提示妊娠结局不良。
Objective： To investigate the serum of level CA125 in the prediction of patients with endometriosis associated infertility.Method： 50 patients in our hospital from Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2012. The relationship between serum CA125 level at different phases with EFI was analyzed. And serum CA125 level in pregnancy group and failure group was analyzed. Result： The serum CA125 level was positive with infertility（ P＆lt;0.05）.The serum CA125 level of one month after the operation in pregnancy group was higher than that in the failure group（ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： The serum CA125 level of one month after the operation predicts the possible pregnancy outcome,CA125 Values is more than 22ku / L would be considered as less likely to conceive,but not predict the recurrence.
