红外光声光谱法测定油菜籽品质参数 被引量:4

摘要 红外光声光谱是一项高效无损的新型样品检测技术。本研究应用红外光声光谱技术测定了油菜籽3项品质参数:含氮量、含油量和芥酸含量。结果表明,红外光声光谱技术可以实现油菜籽品质参数的定量分析。相对全谱建模,区间筛选建模可以提高模型的预测精度。 Infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy was used to quantify quality parameters of rapeseeds including nitrogen content, oil content and erucic acid content. Results show that infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy can be used for the quantification of quality parameters of rapeseeds. Compared to full-spectrum modeling, modeling based on spectral interval selection can lead to improved performance.
