摘要 许多脑血管疾病都伴有颅内压升高的现象,颅内高压又会引发脑疝危及生命,本文在对颅内血管床整体分析的基础上,通过建立脑循环血液动力学集中参数模型的方法来研究颅内压与颅内血管参数的关系,在此模型的基础上得到了状态方程并给出了求解方法。通过对方程解的分析得到一些关系图,与实验数据比较发现理论计算结果可以反映临床的一些现象,为临床元创监测颅内压提供一个新思路。 Many cerebralvascular diseases are companied with abnormal high intracranial pressure (Pic) , and high Pic will result in cerebral hernia and even cause death. According to the anatomy of cerebralvascular system and the theory of cerebrovascular hemodynamics, a lumped parameters' model of cerebral blood and cerebrospinal fluid circulation is proposed. Considering the electrical equivalent diagram of the model, the governing equation is established and the method to calculate the dynamic indices is proposed. By further analysis of the results, some graphs describing the relationship between cerebral parameters and Pic are given. Comparing the experimental results with the theoretical results demonstrates that the theoretical conclusion can reflect some clinical phenomena, and it may offer an auxiliary thinking for clinical diagnosis of the value of Pic.
