去窦弓神经对大鼠脑细胞线粒体离子泵的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨去窦弓神经(SAD)对脑细胞线粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法 50只大鼠随机分为对照组、假手术组、SAD 30d组、SAD 60d组、SAD 90d组,分别测定脑细胞线粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶的变化。结果 SAD30d组、SAD60d组、SAD90d组Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显降低(P<0.01)。结论去窦弓神经使脑细胞线粒体膜的Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显降低,且随时间延长日益明显。 Objective To study the influence of sinoaortic denervation on the enzymatic activity of Na+ - K+ - ATP enzyme as well as Ca2+- ATP enzyme of mitochondria of rats nerve cell. Methods Fifty rats were divided into three groups: Control group,experi- mental group,and sham operation group. The Na+- K+- ATP enzyme and Ca2+- ATP enzyme in mitochondria of the rat nerve cell were determined respectively. Results After operation,the enzymatic activity of Na+ - K+ - ATP enzyme as well as Ca2+- ATP en- zyme was decreased obviously at 30 days, 60 days ,and 90 clays (P〈0.01). Conclusion Sinoaortic denervation could reduce the ac- tivity of Na+-K+- ATP enzyme and Ca2+- ATP enzyme in mitochondrial membrane of rat nerve cell,and the effect became more evi- dent over time.
